Payment Details:
1. Only bank transfer through Internet or ATM is allowed at the moment though WuChaCha will expand to other options as we grow.
2. Please transfer to POSB 130-40560-6 and note the time, date and transaction no. and either email us at sales@wuchacha.com or post it as a comment at the bottom of the post so that we can confirm the payment.
3. For customers that is using ATM to transfer please let us know beforehand so that we can expect your payment.
Shipping Details:
1. We do mass meet-ups and details will be posted up as and when.
2. Postage cost will be advise through email though it is usually $1.50 for each piece of clothing and $3.00 for each bag.
3. Buyers can opt for registered mail at an additional S$2.25. The RA no will be emailed to the buyer.
4. WuChaCha will not be responsible for any loss of items using normal postage.
5. WuChaCha gives 2 days time period to buyers for their payment. Failure to do so will result in the slot being given to the next interested buyer. If you are unable to transfer within 48 hours please email us so we may evaluate your case.
6. Those who have confirmed their purchases but back out in the end will be blacklisted.
Other Terms and Conditions:
1. Prices of all our goods are fixed and we do not do trades.
2.WuChaCha Members get 5% discount off their purchases and will be invited for preview and gathering events!
3. As most of our items come in limited stock, goods will be sold on a first come first serve basis. Priority will be given to those who have made payment first.
4. WuChaCha does not entertain requests for additional pictures for our goods but we will try to take the pictures as close to the real item.
5. All goods sold are non-refundable.
6. By purchasing from this site, buyer accepts that there might be slight colour difference due to different monitor’s settings.
7. By purchasing from this site, buyer accepts that there might be slight discrepancies for the measurements stated due to different ways of measurement.
8. WuChaCha will do our best in displaying the pictures and descriptions as close to the actual item as possible so that you will get what you see.
9. All information that you provide us with will be deemed personal and will be kept confidential.
10. The graphic and textual content of this site are copyrighted to WuChaCha. If you would like to use our photos please give us due credit.
