WuChaCha has been away for awhile but will be starting to come back with more new offerings! Starting up is this black blouse with cute stripe frills and puffy sleeves! We love this top with shorts or a black skirt and a red belt but it the color goes with anything really. We are pretty sure you won’t regret getting this piece.

Only one color available

Length is 24″ from shoulder to hem. PTP is stretchable from 14″ to 21″ laid flat. Back is smocked to fit.

The model is 1.55m, size 6/8
